Motor Vehicle Injuries are sustained as a direct result of an impact which results in an acceleration, possible rotation/impact and deceleration of the body. This may result in a concussion, fractures, whiplash injuries causing neck/back pain and possible referred pain into the upper/lower limbs, soft tissue injuries, headaches and jaw pain.
The onset of your symptoms (e.g. pain, dizziness and swelling) may be immediate; however, it is not uncommon to feel the symptoms hours later or even days later after the injury has occurred.

Shockwave Treatment is a non-surgical, non-invasive treatment that involves the delivery of high-energy sound waves to affected areas of the body to trigger the body’s own natural repair mechanisms and stimulate healing. It is a safe and effective treatment option. The recovery period is shorter than traditional invasive surgery and the procedure eliminates many of the risks associated with traditional surgery. Generally, 3 treatments are advocated with 1 week between treatments.
