Maggie is a Kinesiologist passionate about helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through evidence-based exercises. She takes a whole-body, functional approach to care, emphasizing movement patterns that support daily activities and long-term well-being. She brings extensive knowledge of exercise selection and treatment modalities, tailoring each program to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients. Her treatment approach includes exercise therapy, passive/active stretching techniques, and the Graston Technique to enhance joint range of motion, muscle strength, and functional independence. Maggie is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where her clients feel empowered to take control of their movement and health. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys CrossFit, badminton, and snowboarding.
