Registered Massage Therapist
Kate is a licensed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who completed her training at Vancouver Career College in 2022 and has been practicing since 2023. She specializes in treating chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as lower back pain, neck and shoulder tension, arthritis, and whiplash. With a calm, restorative approach, Kate tailors each treatment to her patients’ unique needs using techniques like myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage. Outside of work, she enjoys meditation and cooking—practices that help her stay grounded and bring a sense of calm to her treatments.
