Knee injuries

The knee joint is a complex structure of bones, ligaments, muscles, cartilage and the joint capsule. This anatomy lends itself to a multiple of injuries ranging from ACL tears to other ligament sprains and tendon strains. Direct trauma, as well as wear and tear, also contributes to some knee injuries. Most knee injuries will usually require physiotherapy. Some of the more common knee injuries are discussed here.

I am new to this clinic. The ladies at the front desk, Brenda, and another, didn’t catch her name, were cheerful, pleasant, and very efficient. My new physiotherapist, Tammy Godfrey, is lovely. I had a long consult with her, I did not feel rushed. New ideas suggested, and helpful tips. First treatment appt. was great.. I love that my exercises are sent to me through email, I don’t have to remember them. Also that my upcoming appts., are printed out for me. It is clean, nice decor, etc., as well. So glad I have found this practice!
